LIMAR AIR REVOLUTION
Air Revolution, the new range presented by Limar, represents the best performing helmets collection ever developed before. Designed in the wind tunnel for the best aerodynamics and sculpted by the air, which traces its shapes and air intakes, the Air Pro is its most representative icon. Thanks to the weight-ventilation ratio it can be the perfect helmet for the professional cyclist.
REVERSE ENGINEERING
The challenge for Albertdesign’s designers was to study its shapes, architecture, surfaces and strengths with the main purpose that the helmet itself would transmit its intrinsic technology to the user, without weighing down its optical perception.
FORM FOLLOWS FUNCTION
Air Pro consists of three shells and two structural wings in carbon fiber which, thanks to their profile, merging with the longitudinal ribs of the shell, give the helmet structurality and aerodynamics without compromising its weight. For this reason we can say that the shape of the helmet perfectly reflects its philosophy.
3D RENDERING
Supported by specific softwares the team is able to develop extremely realistic renderings of the product. This approach to the representation of the object constitutes a precious tool which gives elasticity in the realization phase and rapidity in the finalization one. FROM DESIGN TO PROMOTION
The second phase of the project focuses on the development of communication to support the launch of the range on the market. Warning labels, naming, study of icons and colors, rendering, videos and application on paper formats and web platforms complete the image for AirPro; followed by Albertdesign in all its aspects.
VISUAL DESIGN
The launch of the new helmet on the market is therefore supported in a first strategic phase by the creation of dedicated renderings. Visuals, advertising and catalogs of the Limar brand are curated by Albertdesign.
TEAM ASTANA
The last step, which makes our designers proud, is the customization of the complete Air Revolution series for the Astana Pro Team. Air Pro, Air Speed, Air Master and Air King are studied to integrate perfectly into the image of the team, which counts among its runners great champions such as Contador, Nibali and Alexandr Vinokurov.
